Alright already! A new post...

It's been forEVER (not) but I figured I should take a couple of hours out of my evening and 56-k some stuff to our blog. Just photos this time.

Enoch and Kimball - two handsome hunks!

Megan and Enoch.

And little Parley, the cutie.

A house, a baby

The house came first... but the baby is more fun!! (and much cuter)

Parley William Thornock

The newest little guy. Stats: 7 lbs 7 oz, 19.5 in, born on July 6 at 8:54 a.m. He's named after Parley P. Pratt and Parley Belnap, a retired professor of organ at BYU and an exemplary man - and a good friend. William is Grandpa Thornock's middle name. We'd never have guessed we'd get THREE boys in a row! And all born on a Sunday! (We've missed church for each of them.) Big sister has a lot of rough-n-tumble she'll have to deal with now. But she looks happy.

The boys quite like him too:

He had jaundice, just like two of our others, so we've had him on a bilibed for a few days. It was a miserable first night on that bed, but I think I'm used to the bright blue glow in the room now.

Hopefully today's test results will get him off the bed! Meanwhile, he's a sweet, sleepy, perfectly formed little guy. Everyone took to him quite well, including Kimball, our latest baby. He loves little "Parwee!"

Meanwhile, we have a new house to show off, with a tour by Enoch and Kimball:

The play area, adjoining the dining and kitchen. Rather bare in furnishings, but at least one person can get comfy!

The kitchen: a bit tight, but we have lots - TONS - of pantry space, so we should be fine for a while. The table is a scratch-n-dent, our first table upgrade since the $8 D.I. special 8 years ago.

The living room just off the entry. Needless to say, not getting a lot of use right now!

Enoch in the study (one of the four bedrooms), with the desk Dad - er, Santa - made me when I was a kid.

The laundry room!!! For the size of our home, this was quite a pleasant surprise.

And finally, the yard/garden/back patio. Looks like we'll have lots of milkweed and thistle salad this summer...

But we quite like it. It's home for now, and hopefully for quite a while to come.
